I was talking to a neigbor the other day. He said that Tim Hortons is coming to our neighbourhood. It's the biggest coffee chain in Canada. Timmys... really? How many more branches do they need in less than 2km radius? We just got an ice cream shop next door where it also has coffee on the menu. Plus, there is another coffee shop coming to right in front of my place.
Someone said that Tim Hortons' coffee has a distinct smell that makes her away from drinking it. Oh well, I guess it's because that many people drink a coffee at Tim with "Double-Double", a Canadian style, two pushes of cream (or milk?) and two pushes of sugar (syrup?). I guess that the "DD" makes their coffee smell different from other places. Do other coffee shops even have an option of making Double-Double?? I don't know because I've never wanted to try it out at a local coffee shop.
To be able to enjoy its smell before drinking it is also an important part of enjoying coffee. I can still drink the DD if that's the only option.
I even have a fun time of grinding coffee beans these days when I make one at home. How do I enjoy it? By doind an exercise while grinding the beans. (Not recommended)
